Reprogramming mediated by stem cell fusion
from ChelseaClark1 on 01/31/2023 11:26 AMCell fusion is one of several ways to restore differentiated cells to a pluripotent state. Creative Bioarray is focused on developing techniques for cell fusion mediated pluripotency restoration in vitro, providing an important experimental tool for researchers to examine the pathways of cell transformation, genome re-purposing and locus reactivation, which can be imitated for treatment. cell necrosis services
from ChelseaClark1 on 01/31/2023 11:25 AMCell necrosis is a permanent cell or living tissue death induced by external or internal physical (heat, stress, radiation), chemical (strong alkali, strong acid and poison), or biological (endotoxin and pathogen) factors. Necrosis is chaotic, disorderly, and uncontrollable. Once it happens, it is difficult to reverse. cell necrosis services http://cellassay.creative-bioarray.com/cell-necrosis-assay.htm
Click-iT TUNEL assay services
from ChelseaClark1 on 01/31/2023 10:16 AMDNA fragmentation is the main biochemical characteristic of cell apoptosis. Chromatin DNA breaks at the junctions between nucleosomeunits, forming large DNA fragments with a length of 50~300kbp, or oligonucleotide fragments with integer multiples of 180~200bp. Creative Bioarray can provide fast, convenient, and accurate TUNEL assay services. Click-iT TUNEL assay services http://cellassay.creative-bioarray.com/dna-fragmentation-analysis.htm

ALS Model
from ChelseaClark1 on 01/31/2023 10:14 AMAmyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) is a late adult-onset, quickly progressing paralytic disorder marked by selective degeneration of motor neurons in the motor cortex and spinal cord. For ALS patients, this disease leads to paralysis and eventual death. ALS patients are classified into two main categories, sporadic (sALS) and familial (fALS). Both fALS and sALS patients present with muscle weakness and atrophy, as well as spasticity due to the loss of both upper and lower motor neurons. Alzheimer's Disease Model
from ChelseaClark1 on 01/31/2023 10:11 AMAlzheimer's disease (AD) is the most prevalent neurodegenerative disorder in the world which causes dementia and affects about 36 million people worldwide. The pathogenesis is still unclear, although may support the Amyloid cascade theory, which is based on abnormal APP processing and clearance, leading to the formation of toxic amyloid oligomers, fibrils and extracellular amyloid plaques. Amyloid seems to trigger the tau protein dependent neurofibrillary pathology, which is another pathological hallmark of AD. The whole process is long-lasting and may start decades before the first disease symptoms occur. In spite of enormous research efforts, so far no efficient treatment is available. For successful drug development, validated predictive animal models are needed. Animal models mimicking human Alzheimer's Disease allow us to test therapeutic potentials and investigate disease progression, contributing to improvement of quality of life for humans.
